Our Apartments

FAHousing apartments are located in prime areas close to bus stops, and are walking distance to grocery stores and convenience stores or malls to facilitate and improve the student's experience away from home.

Our apartments are fully furnished and equipped with basic appliances such as ovens, refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, plates, cups, silverware and much more.

FAHousing offers studios and sharing apartments with 2 or 3 rooms. You can choose to have your own single room or to share a double room with a friend or another international student. If you choose to share a room with another international student, FAHousing will use the Student Match Criteria to match students, taking in consideration the gender (male or female), students in the same school, and different nationalities to share a double room.

All the efforts are to stimulate the practice of English language and to encourage the cultural learning experience and coexistence of different cultures.

A favorite spot for students and young adults living the California Dream, is Pacific Beach, the iconic Southern California beach town.

With three miles of boardwalk and a lively atmosphere, P.B. (as the locals call it) is a great place to find fun in the sun, and pleasures after dark. From funky beach bars and taco stands that welcome sandy toes, to sultry night clubs and fine dining establishments, Pacific Beach offers a variety of things to do beyond the miles of sandy beaches.

Mission Valey is centrally located with easy access to San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld San Diego and downtown's Gaslamp Quarter. It is an epicenter of dining, shopping and entertainment, with plenty restaurants, retail malls, movie theaters, the 9 Hole Riverwalk Golf Club, and Qualcomm Stadium, home of San Diego Chargers.

The two main shopping centers in the area, Mission Valley Center and Fashion Valley malls offer an oasis retail therapy. The upscale Fashion Valley Mall contains luxury departments stores, premium brand shops and much more. Mission Valley Center Mall contains retail shops for the value-conscious shoppers.

There are, in fact, no real beaches on Point Loma but the swimming opportunities are only a few minutes away. It’s one of the best places in San Diego to meditate on waves crashing on the cliffs and explore tidepools in the rocky reefs full of marine life.

Drive out to Sunset Cliffs for a magnificent sunset, where the sandstone bluffs blaze with color, and the waves sparkle like gold. If you're game for a little adventure, drive out to the old Cabrillo Lighthouse and hike down to the tide pools by the point. If you’re looking for great surf, Point Loma offers some great breaks that are frequented by locals.

San Diego's downtown offers a lot of different activities, events, restaurants and cultural attractions, all accessible by foot or by trolley. Modern and historic buildings stand side-by-side in the downtown Gaslamp District.

During the day don't forget to visit Pecto Park, home of the San Diego Padres (baseball), take a walk at the Embarcadero boardwalk, stop by Seaport Village for lunch and visit the USS Midway Museum, a retired aircraft carrier.

At night, housing shops, boutiques, nightclubs, rooftop bars and fine dining restaurants make downtown one of the favorite places for college and international students to go out.
